Yes. We invoice businesses and property managers directly and can work with your PO or work-order process.

What happens to the office electronics?

They go to a registered Illinois electronics recycler. Covered electronic devices cannot legally go to landfill in Illinois, so this is a separate stream from the furniture.

Do you handle retail fixtures and build-out?

Yes. Shelving, display fixtures, counters, and non-structural build-out come out as light demolition with the haul-away included.

What makes this one hard

The building usually imposes more constraints than the contents do. Certificates of insurance, designated freight elevators, dock hours, and union building rules all need sorting before the day. Volume comes in bursts, since twenty identical workstations arrive as one enormous load. Electronics are their own problem: office equipment is barred from Illinois landfills, and anything that stored data needs handling decided in advance rather than improvised on the dock.
