The city contracts with a single hauler for residential collection, and LRS serves Crystal Lake proper. The base rate includes weekly refuse, recycling, yard waste, and one bulk item a week at no additional charge, such as a couch, chair, or table. By-the-bag refuse stickers are available for overflow.
